I graduated with my Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston College School of Social Work, and I am independently licensed in the state of MA and NH. As a psychotherapist, I specialize in working with adults, families, and adolescents who may be experiencing, or have experienced, anxiety, identity issues, and relationship struggles. I also work with individuals who may be struggling with life transitions that may be difficult for them to navigate through alone. I currently provide telehealth sessions Monday through Saturday. As a clinician, I use person-centered therapy and see our therapeutic relationship as a parallel process to our outside world. It is important that you are able to feel comfortable being yourself in our session, and it is through this approach that I hope to create a safe space.
