Eliza Espinosa-Thomas, LMHC
PsychotherapistI graduated with my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a focus in School and Community Counseling. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014, and have experience with supporting individuals, children, adolescents, and families with working through their challenges.
I currently offer telehealth and in-person sessions. I specialize in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, managing stress, and life transitions. I use a client centered approach in my therapeutic work. I want to meet you where you are, and work toward your goals together. I like to support clients by identifying not only what is challenging for them, but also what strengths and supports they have and how we can use those to support their healing and changes they want to make. I also aim to make your time in therapy a safe space, so us building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential. I come from a racially diverse background, and am able to bring different perspectives and cultural awareness into my work when supporting clients. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and traveling.
